…is it still a thing? Can you still do it and what kind of properties can you flip? Because real estate has become more and more valuable particularly over the last 3-5 years, more people are seeing the value in investing in real estate whereas 15-20 years ago the mindset was “oh the house will need all this renovation” so they would avoid it.

Or you can buy a home to live in for a short 2-3 year period of time and make even more money on it. But learning how to recognize value potential is something that can be very beneficial to you financially when you are a homeowner.

So the short answer is, yes! Real Estate flipping is still very much a thing. You just need the guidance and education on how to make it work for you and make it financially beneficial.
