What is the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing and why is the Luxury Marketing Specialist designation important?

The CLHMS™ designation is earned by Institute Members with documented sales performance in the top 10% of their market.

And they are always looking to take their skills, contacts and opportunities even further.

Last year, I earned the highest designation within the ILHM – “ELITE Guild” and I am the only Real Estate professional in the Central Virginia area with this designation!
