Myth vs. Reality: All REALTORS® are the Same

Honestly….there could be nothing more untrue about that statement! In the real estate industry, about 10% of the agents do about 90% of the business. It’s because those 10% understand what needs to be done to make everything happen for their clients. This includes making the transaction go as smoothly as possible, getting the home in show-ready shape, how to put it in front of the right audience, and get the best possible price.

The other 90% that do about 10% of the volume generally don’t have the proper training, proper guidance, and proper motivation. And if I’m being honest, they don’t truly understand the industry and how to make it all come together for their clients.
